• Directions: Pour two cups (12 oz.) of boiling water over one tea bag, cover, and let steep for no more than 2 minutes. Press tea bag lightly and remove. Drink one cup (6 oz.) hot or cold, after your evening meal. Save second cup for next day after your evening meal.

• Warnings: Do not over steep. This product contains Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not exceed 1 serving (1 tea bag) in any 24-hour period. Do not take this product for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not recommended for children under 12. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

Orange Peel (citrus Sinensis), Licorice Root (glycyrrhiza Glabra), Spearmint Leaf (mentha Spicata), Marshmallow Root (althaea Officinalis), Papaya Leaf (carica Papaya), Eleuthero Root (eleutherococcus Senticosus), Cinnamon Bark (cinnamomum), Chrysanthemum Flower (chrysanthemum Morifolium), Japanese Honeysuckle Flower (lonicera Japonica).

Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day after your evening meal (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea - if you wish - by brewing with 6 oz. of water. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.
